Kyo is a leading provider of therapy for individuals with autism. Our core service is Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, a clinically proven form of therapy for autism. In Short

• Lead HR operations and systems management.
• Streamline HR workflows and leverage automation tools.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, particularly in California.
• Manage HR systems, including Paylocity.
• Conduct employee relations investigations and support.
• Develop and standardize HR policies and procedures.
• Provide training on HR compliance and best practices.
• Monitor HR metrics and propose strategic improvements.
• Research and implement emerging HR technologies.
• Collaborate with IT and vendors for system optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong technical proficiency with HRIS and automation tools.
• Deep knowledge of California employment laws.
• Experience in process improvement and systems implementation.
• Exceptional analytical and project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent).
• Experience in multi-state or clinical environments is a plus.
• Prior involvement in AI-enhanced HR process development.
