Overview

Evolus is a performance beauty company with a customer-centric approach focused on delivering breakthrough products. As we expand into the Australian market, we are seeking an experienced, collaborative, and results-driven Sales Manager to join our new team, based in Melbourne. The roles will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining strong client partnerships, and establishing the Evolus brand.

In Short

  • Deliver sales targets and objectives within a defined territory
  • Develop and implement strategic business plan using the Evolus CRM system.
  • Utilise the Evolus Service Platform (eSP) to support the Healthcare Professional marketing, medical education, and practice management needs.
  • Work cross functionally with the Medical team and Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) to effectively communicate scientific data and clinical benefits of using Nuceiva.
  • Conduct compelling sales presentations, promotional activities, and education events to drive awareness and product adoption.
  • Develop and implement a commercial strategy and account plan for each client, ensuring the appropriate level of support and resource allocation.
  • Regularly analyses sales data, customers segments, growth potential and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and understanding of relevant clinical data to be a trusted resource for clients.
  • Stay informed and regularly share internally market insights, industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Attend and actively contribute to key national and local sales meetings as required by the company.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and credibility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Extensive experience and success in B2B sales in healthcare industry.
  • Aesthetics experience highly regarded, but not essential.
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying and closing new business opportunities.
  • Demonstrated understanding of key account management approach.
  • Innovative and strategic mindset, with the ability to effectively execute business plans.
  • Patient and customer centric.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with keys stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a focus on achieving business objectives.
  • Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
