Overview

The Channel Sales Manager at Northwave will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to promote and sell Managed XDR services.

In Short

  • Build and maintain relationships with MSPs.
  • Inspire MSPs to offer reseller services.
  • Draft partner plans and sales enablement materials.
  • Identify and convert commercial opportunities.
  • Coordinate pre-sales support for MSPs.
  • Act as a sparring partner for MSPs.
  • Report on progress and forecasts to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Partner or Channel Manager in IT or cybersecurity.
  • Familiarity with MSP models and managed security services.
  • Knowledge of XDR, SOC, EDR, and SIEM services.
  • Experience with Microsoft Sentinel and Defender.
  • Strong commercial and relationship management skills.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Relevant degree in IT or Business Administration.
