  • Manage and expand major channel partnerships in Germany.
  • Develop strategies for partner engagement in the EX/CX space.
  • Mentor and inspire a team in partnership management.
  • Collaborate with business heads to align strategies.
  • Establish strong executive relationships with key partners.
  • Drive partner program enhancements to maximize engagement.

Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in SaaS or Channel Sales.
  • Expertise in developing and managing alliances.
  • Strong experience in building partner strategies.
  • Ability to influence across organisational boundaries.
  • Collaborative spirit focused on team success.
  • Solution sales background preferred.
  • Ability to travel more than 50% of the time.
  • Engage and influence C-level executives.
  • Strong presentation and written skills.
  • Native level fluency in German and fluency in English.
