Overview

The Channel Sales Manager at Regal will be responsible for building and executing a channel development strategy to drive revenue growth through partnerships in the AI and contact center market.

  • Build a foundation for channel partnerships to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams.
  • Identify and engage with strong channel partners in the AI/CX/CCaaS space.
  • Create outbound go-to-market strategies.
  • Develop marketing materials for channel events.
  • Track partner engagement and revenue generation.
  • Manage relationships with Technology Service Distributors.
  • Report on channel partner pipeline and growth.
  • Travel domestically 2-3 weeks per month.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience in channel sales.
  • Experience in the Contact Center industry.
  • Ability to develop creative marketing strategies.
  • Proven track record of meeting growth KPIs.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
