Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel Sales Manager to join our growing Partnerships team in NoAM Retail.

In Short

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective partners to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify, develop, and grow strategic partnerships that drive new merchants to Lightspeed.
  • Lead commercial discussions, negotiate agreements, and oversee a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Provide training, sales support, and marketing assistance to partners.
  • Design and implement incentive programs for partners.
  • Collaborate with the Strategic Sales team to generate high-quality leads.
  • Provide pipeline reporting and forecasts to senior management.
  • Be a subject matter expert in the POS domain.
  • Attend industry events to strengthen partner relationships.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in outbound sales, partner management, or business development.
  • SaaS sales experience with a strong understanding of the Retail industry.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong technical proficiency with Salesforce, Mac OS, G Suite, Slack, and Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
