Perforce is seeking a Channel Sales Manager to expand its partner ecosystem, drive sales through strategic partnerships, and enhance customer satisfaction in the enterprise software sector.

  • Manage and expand the partner ecosystem in Southern Europe and MENA.
  • Recruit and develop relationships with value-added resellers and systems integrators.
  • Drive sales through strategic partnerships and joint-selling initiatives.
  • Ensure customer and partner satisfaction to foster long-term relationships.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to track and report on partner activities.
  • Achieve and exceed sales quotas within the territory.
  • Facilitate joint account planning with partners.
  • Develop partners' sales capabilities and provide training.
  • Lead joint marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise channel management.
  • Fluency in English and at least one other language (French, Spanish, Italian, Arabic).
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas through strategic partners.
  • Strong strategic planning and execution skills.
  • Technical understanding of enterprise software and DevOps.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
  • Self-starter with a competitive mindset.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar platforms.
