We are seeking an experienced, collaborative, and results-driven Multi-Channel Manager to join our Sales Team reporting to the General Manager, Germany & Austria, collaborating closely to shape the region’s strategic sales direction and drive commercial success. In this exciting role, you’ll be at the forefront of driving direct sales for our innovative products while sharing the vision and mission of Evolus.

In Short

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets within your defined territory.
  • Develop and execute annual territory and account plans using the Evolus CRM system.
  • Utilize the Evolus Service Platform (eSP) for HCP marketing and education.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs Clinicians.
  • Sell company products through presentations and events.
  • Create tailored commercial strategies for clients.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends regularly.
  • Attend sales meetings to align with company goals.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
  • Remote role with flexibility and travel opportunities (up to 50%).

Requirements

  • 5 years of relevant experience in aesthetics or pharmaceuticals.
  • Full clean driving license required.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills in English and German.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Must hold valid Pharmarefer accreditation.
