We are seeking an experienced, collaborative, and results-driven Multi-Channel Manager to join our team! In this exciting role, you’ll be at the forefront of driving direct sales for our innovative products while sharing the vision and mission of Evolus. You’ll be responsible for developing new accounts within your designated territory, consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets, and building strong, lasting relationships with clients. Your expertise in inside sales will allow you to deliver a world-class customer experience in a dynamic and fast-growing environment. In Short

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets within your defined territory.
  • Develop and execute annual territory and account plans using the Evolus CRM system.
  • Utilize the Evolus Service Platform (eSP) to support healthcare provider marketing.
  • Collaborate with Medical Affairs Clinicians and local opinion leaders.
  • Sell company products through presentations and events.
  • Create and implement tailored commercial strategies for clients.
  • Analyze sales data and market potential regularly.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Attend key sales meetings to align with company goals.
  • Maintain compliance with local regulations and internal policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 8 years of relevant experience in aesthetics or pharmaceuticals.
  • Familiarity with the Medical Devices Regulation (MDR) preferred.
  • Experience in Customer Service and/or Inside Sales is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Effective communicator with diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Fluency in business English and German.
