Overview

Rockwell Automation is seeking a ROX CI Lead to drive operational excellence initiatives through analysis and strategic planning, focusing on continuous improvement and excellence in manufacturing.

• Lead productivity goals through project development and management.
• Provide strategy for site operations and promote tracking indicators.
• Manage Continuous Improvement, Connected Enterprise, and FTPC initiatives.
• Support leaders and high-performing teams in project execution.
• Define and track clear goals for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate recognition systems to foster growth and development.
• Promote Kaizens, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing strategies.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in continuous improvement.
• Lean knowledge with Green Belt Certification required.
• Industrial Engineering degree or related discipline preferred.

Requirements

• Experience providing Lean training in a manufacturing environment.
• Lean Coach certification preferred.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience in leading teams and peers.
• Familiarity with SAP systems.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
