We are seeking a CRM Lead with I-Gaming experience to drive player engagement and retention through strategic CRM initiatives.

Building a CRM strategy and managing a CRM plan for each geo
Planning of segmentation and CRM activities
Running tests and analyzing their results to increase player activity and retention
Administrating, initiating, and holding of meetings with the RISK CRM team
Developing of bonus mechanics and campaigns, analyzing of their effectiveness
Controlling and working with metrics: ATPU, RR, BR, DAU/MAU
Conversion by types of communication
Presenting of the progress of CRM activities implementation, results of experiments, and the impact of CRM activities on product performance for stakeholders
Compiling and maintaining reports with the results of CRM activities
Building a CRM team, establishing team interaction processes, and overseeing the budget and team performance
Requirements
1+ years of experience as a Team Lead in CRM/Retention
Strong knowledge of casino and sports betting products, activity types, and mechanics
Experience in planning CRM activities (monthly/quarterly)
Task management and goal setting for the CRM team
Team building and process optimization
Strong analytical skills, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making
English B2+
Nice to have: Experience in the Asia region
