Overview

As a CRM Lead at RECUP, you will be responsible for our CRM strategy and its implementation, ensuring that our CRM is not only efficient but also experiential for our team, partners, and mission to reduce single-use waste.

In Short

  • Develop and implement a scalable CRM strategy integrating HubSpot across all business areas.
  • Optimize and automate CRM processes for efficient workflows and data-driven customer management.
  • Ensure data quality and governance through validation processes and clear guidelines.
  • Seamlessly integrate HubSpot with the RECUP partner platform for smooth data exchange.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Support, Marketing, Sales, and Tech to align CRM processes with business goals.
  • Promote CRM usage and train internal teams through workshops and ongoing support.
  • Monitor and continuously improve CRM systems, identifying and addressing weaknesses.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience with HubSpot in a leadership or strategic role.
  • Proven track record in optimizing CRM systems and automating processes.
  • Strategic thinking to align CRM initiatives with business goals and customer needs.
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration, especially with Customer Support, Marketing, Sales, and Tech.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset to leverage CRM insights for process improvement.
  • Independent and proactive work style with the ability to drive CRM improvements.
  • Fluent in German and English with excellent communication skills.
