Overview

The RN Lead at Maximus Medical Group will oversee nursing operations within an integrated care team, focusing on both clinical and administrative leadership.

In Short

• Lead and manage the Care Coordination team.
• Serve as a primary contact for clinical operations.
• Support patient messaging workflows and triage patient concerns.
• Define and evolve RN scope of practice.
• Develop workflows for clinical operations.
• Collaborate with Product and Operations teams.
• Liaise with Engineering and Clinical leadership.
• Participate in QA reviews and onboarding.
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience required.
• Current RN license required.

Requirements

• Current, unrestricted Compact RN license required; CA licensure preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in telehealth.
• Prior experience leading or managing teams.
• Deep understanding of digital health workflows.
• Strong communication skills.
• Able to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using EHRs and clinical decision support tools.
