Overview

The Lead Software Engineer / Tech Lead will lead the Growth engineering team at Maximus, focusing on optimizing the customer acquisition funnel through technical direction and hands-on coding.

In Short

• Lead a team of engineers in a fully remote environment.

Requirements

• Experience leading a team of 4-8 engineers.
• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails and React.
• Experience with subscription products and growth experiments.
• Ability to design and analyze experiments.
• Familiarity with event-sourced systems.
• Experience with payment platform integrations like Stripe.
• Knowledge of analytics tools such as Amplitude.
• Comfortable using AI coding tools in development.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in healthcare or subscription commerce is a plus.
