As a Tech Lead Software Engineer at Pismo, you will lead a team in building and operating the core data platform, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security while driving technical excellence and collaboration across teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in leading engineering teams and managing performance.
• Strong software engineering background with distributed systems.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS.
• Knowledge of streaming and event-driven architectures.
• Strong SQL skills for analytical workloads.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in English (B2+ level or equivalent).
