Overview

The Staff Software Engineer for Financial Accounting will design, develop, and maintain backend services primarily in Java, contributing to scalable, reliable, and secure microservice architectures that support high-volume financial transactions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Strong experience with Java in backend applications.
• Experience with Go is a plus.
• Experience in the Financial Industry.
• Solid knowledge of Git and collaborative workflows.
• Strong testing culture: unit, integration, performance tests.
• Experience with AWS and cloud-native architectures.
• Strong understanding of relational databases.
• Knowledge of IaC and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to design and evolve distributed systems.
