In Short

• Be the primary point of contact for all IT related support issues.
• Develop scripts (Python, Bash/zsh, PowerShell) to optimize IT workflows.
• Configure policies and support Okta for enhanced identity management.
• Create and maintain automation using Okta workflows.
• Support application systems and manage vendors.
• Involved in project work to upgrade or replace current applications.
• Consistently create documentation to improve processes.
• Standardize hardware and lead organization-wide upgrades.
• Deliver white glove service to C-Level staff.
• Manage and distribute all tickets ensuring SLA requirements are met.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Corporate IT experience with 5+ years in Senior or Lead role.
• Expert in application and software management (Okta, Office 365, Google Workspace, etc.).
• Proficient in Analytical Skills, API integration, Asset management, etc.
• Experience with Apple Business Manager.
• Bachelor of Science or equivalent studies in Computer Science.
• ITIL Foundation Certification.
• Google IT Automation with Python Specialization.
• AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (preferred).
• Okta Certified Professional.
• Atlassian: Certified Cloud Organization Admin.
