IT Lead - Hybrid - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an IT Lead in a hybrid work format for the banking sector, with the possibility of working from offices in Madrid, Jaen, Granada, Sevilla, and Cordoba.

In Short

• Define design, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-release support in an agile environment.
• Understand change management methodologies and quality assurance best practices.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor engineers.
• Experience with microservice-oriented architecture on PaaS and/or AWS.
• Proven experience as a Big Data Developer or similar role.
• Proficiency with Big Data frameworks such as Hadoop, Spark, Hive.
• Solid experience in programming languages like Java, Python, or Scala.
• Experience in Complex SQL.
• Strong understanding of distributed computing principles.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Requirements

• More than 3 years of experience.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field, or substantial practical experience.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience managing business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with key tools like JIRA and Confluence.
