As the first dedicated IT hire at Ashby, you will be responsible for all IT functions, providing user-facing support and managing backend systems.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar IT role.
• Experience setting up Okta from scratch.
• Knowledge of Kandji or similar MDM solutions.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to think strategically about IT scaling.
• Attention to detail and a focus on execution.
• Experience in an international remote environment.
• Familiarity with Apple Mac best practices.
• Strong technical skills as an individual contributor.
• Ability to manage tasks and projects independently.
