IT Lead / IT Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a strategically minded IT leader with a deep understanding of corporate service architecture to manage the full lifecycle of IT architecture construction for the client company. The position combines analytical and technical expertise, architectural vision, strong management, and communication skills.

In Short

• Develop and implement targeted IT architecture according to business strategy and technical requirements.
• Manage the process of creating, adapting, and scaling IT services according to the chosen architecture.
• Build and manage distributed project teams: forming teams, conducting interviews, coordinating external suppliers and 3rd-party partners.
• Interact with business clients, C-level stakeholders, and key project participants to align architectural solutions.
• Lead procurement processes: supplier selection, participation in negotiations, and support of existing contracts.
• Ensure compliance of architectural solutions with BCM, SLM, DR practices.
• Participate in forming the long-term IT strategy and architectural roadmap of the company.

Requirements

• Experience in managing IT teams and projects with an architectural component.
• Practical experience in building corporate IT architecture.
• Confident in service lifecycle management processes.
• Negotiation skills, supplier management, and external contractor management.
• Developed strategic thinking, analytical skills, and leadership qualities.
