IT Manager - Remote

Overview

As the IT Manager at DoseSpot, you will lead the charge in building and scaling the infrastructure that powers our fully remote, high-growth organization, balancing long-term IT planning with day-to-day support across systems, cybersecurity, and vendor management.

In Short

• Develop and implement comprehensive IT strategies aligned with business objectives
• Manage technology budget, resource allocation, and strategic technology investments
• Drive digital transformation and technology innovation initiatives
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and regulatory requirements
• Manage vendor relationships and technology partnerships
• Monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Daily maintenance and troubleshooting for our fully remote organization
• Own and maintain essential IT infrastructure
• Handle business-critical IT tasks and system administration
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
• At least five years of progressive IT leadership experience
• Advanced technical knowledge of enterprise network infrastructure
• Experience with cloud computing platforms and cybersecurity frameworks
• Proven success in cloud-centric environments
• Strong execution, budget management, and vendor negotiation skills
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams
• Experience mentoring IT team members
• Certifications such as ITIL, CPAM, PMP are a plus
