• Experience in implementing payroll in multiple countries.
• Proficient in using software tools like SAP, Excel/Google Sheet.
• Proven experience as Payroll Expert with extensive knowledge of payroll function.
• Analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Experience working remotely is a plus.

Requirements

• Own the complete Country Pod for Singapore payroll.
• Serve as a point of contact between internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay updated with international payroll laws and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with corporate and country-specific regulations.
• Manage relationships with payroll, accounting, and payroll service providers.
• Develop and implement best practices and key performance indicators.
• Document all relevant payroll processes.
• Support testing for payroll system development/enhancements.
