• You will be the voice of the company: act as the main contact person for customers, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration with development teams.
• Manage customer inquiries and coordinate them effectively.
• Take responsibility for change and release management, supporting roll-outs and managing testing processes.
• Contribute to workshops and ensure clear documentation for team alignment.

Requirements

• Experience in inhouse consulting.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC.
• Ability to work at the interface of IT and business.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English.
