Global HRIS Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Global HRIS Analyst to join our team in Syracuse, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and optimizing our global Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) to support our organization's HR processes and strategic initiatives worldwide.

In Short

• Configuration, maintenance, and system-side quality assurance of the Workday HCM system.
• System ownership for HR-specific tools including Culture Amp and SmartRecruiters.
• Process and system consulting for HR processes and data flows.
• Implementation and development of HR-specific requirements in Workday.
• Participation in international HR digitalization projects.
• Knowledge management through training sessions and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in administration and configuration of Workday.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
• Fluent in English, preferably with knowledge of German.
• Ability to translate HR requirements into system-based solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• HRIS certifications such as HRIP or SHRM-CP are preferred.
• Experience with global data privacy regulations, including GDPR.
