An overview of your role

You will have the chance to support a wide variety of clients in analyzing their needs and assisting them in implementing HR tools, processes, and global compensation programs.

More specifically, you will be called to plan, execute, and ensure the follow-up of various mandates, such as:

  • Development and revision of salary structures considering internal, external, and individual equity;
  • Market compensation analysis based on data or by conducting custom surveys;
  • Analysis and recommendations regarding the offer of working conditions and additional benefits;
  • Analysis and support for organizations regarding salary equity exercises (initial and maintenance);
  • Support to the team in improving tools and practices in compensation;
  • Development of HR tools and programs (i.e., employee manual, job description, onboarding program, performance evaluation program, etc.);
  • Support and advice regarding best HR and compensation practices;
  • Organizational diagnostics and engagement surveys;
  • Analysis of work organization, roles and responsibilities, and decision-making framework;
  • Many other projects based on needs and your interests!

The profile we are looking for

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in business administration (with a specialization in HR), industrial relations, or human resources management;
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources and/or global compensation;
  • Have played a consulting role with managers or in a consulting context;
  • Be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Have a sharp client sense and the ability to build trust;
  • Demonstrate great rigor and attention to detail;
  • Excellent command of French both orally and in writing;
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PPT) and technological tools (Zoom, Google Suite).
