In Short

  • Serves as the primary point for clients to develop compensation programs.
  • Provides consultation on client organizational structure and compensation programs.
  • Makes decisions on designing tailored compensation programs.
  • Performs complex research and analysis of market salary data.
  • Contributes to providing compensation products to clients.
  • Evaluates client job descriptions using market data.
  • Conducts job analysis questionnaires and creates position descriptions.
  • Reviews RFPs and provides input on project scope.
  • Completes assigned project activities including salary studies and job classifications.
  • Contributes to other client projects and team initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years experience in a similar position.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • Compensation experience required; consulting experience preferred.
  • CCP Certification strongly preferred.
  • Ability to occasionally travel regionally and nationally.
  • Ability to occasionally work evenings and weekends.
