In Short

• Provide virtual care and support to adult members via 20-minute video consults and asynchronous messaging.
• Focus on breastfeeding basics, establishing a good latch, and understanding normal experiences.
• Document encounters in our practice management system.
• Collaborate with the Care Delivery team for member needs.
• Serve as an ambassador of Maven’s care model.
• Must be an IBCLC and reside in the USA (excluding certain states).
• Provide direct member care for 5 hours per week.
• 2+ years of experience in telehealth required.
• Must own an iOS device and have reliable internet access.
• Passionate about women’s and family health.

Requirements

• Reside in the USA (excluding CA, CT, IL, NJ, NY, MA, MD, OR).
• Provide care for 5 hours per week.
• 2+ years of telehealth experience.
• Own an iOS device and have reliable internet.
• Passionate about women’s and family health.
