In Short

• Own the end-to-end program governance framework for Maven’s payment products.
• Author, maintain, and socialize payment-related policies, operating standards, and SOPs.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to adjudication accuracy and compliance.
• Partner with Product, Operations, QA, Legal, Compliance, and Finance teams.
• Act as an escalation point for complex adjudication or policy interpretation issues.
• Track and report on key governance and risk metrics.
• Manage and develop team members to support governance needs.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in program governance, payments, or healthcare operations.
• Experience authoring policies and SOPs in compliance-driven domains.
• Strong risk identification and mitigation skills.
• Ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with QA, Compliance, Legal, or Audit teams preferred.
• Prior people management experience.
• Familiarity with AI.
