In Short

• Join Maven's Client Operations team as a Benefit Design Manager.
• Support benefit program design tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on pitch materials.
• Participate in client and broker meetings.
• Respond to complex benefit design questions during RFPs.
• Advise on plan design decisions for new client implementations.
• Provide ongoing support for fertility benefits clients.
• Offer feedback to Product and Marketing teams.
• 4-5 years of experience in benefit design or health consulting required.
• Strong understanding of fertility benefit design needed.

• Strong understanding of fertility and family-building benefits.
• Client-facing experience with clear communication skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Collaborative working style with curiosity about the benefits landscape.
