Overview

We are seeking a Payments Program Manager to guide expansion efforts across the US market, focusing on defining and implementing our FinTech and Payments growth agenda.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Strategy, Commercial Partnerships, and Business Development
• A minimum of 4 years in Payments with a deep understanding of the payment lifecycle
• MBA or equivalent advanced education is highly valued
• Proven ability to build and execute market-specific strategies
• Knowledge of extracting value beyond payments through collaboration
• Strong experience working with cross-functional stakeholders
• Deep expertise in the US FinTech environment
• Highly analytical mindset with risk assessment skills
• Exceptional communicator with storytelling skills
