In Short

• As Tailscale’s first Business Operations Hire, you will help scale the company.
• Work cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Operations, Product, & Engineering.
• Anticipate and solve challenges as the company scales.
• Develop OKRs consistent with our strategic vision.
• Evaluate and reshape pricing and packaging strategy.
• Assist in KPI processes and identify growth areas.
• Streamline business systems and improve employee onboarding.
• Evaluate international expansion strategies.
• Craft executive communications.
• Work effectively in a fully remote environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a Business or Strategy Operations role at a high-growth tech company.
• Experience with product led growth and sales.
• Excellent business and technical acumen.
• Strong product knowledge and familiarity with backend infrastructure.
• Experience with data analytics and business intelligence tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a changing environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Partnership skills within Operations and cross-functional teams.
