• We’re seeking a talented and motivated full-time Technical Program Manager to join our team.
• You’ll work across teams to guide development work.
• Ability to work independently and align teams in a remote-first environment.
• Manage large scale technical programs from inception through delivery.
• Define clear success criteria and track KPIs.
• Implement improvements based on feedback and research.
• Identify process gaps and develop appropriate solutions.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in strategic planning and manage program-level governance.
• Work with external customers on complex technical programs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager.
• Experience in a startup environment.
• Familiarity with networking security concepts and terminology.
• Experience with WireGuard protocol and Zero Trust Networking.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work independently.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management tools.
