In Short

• Lead multi-workstream identity/credentialing initiatives from planning through launch.
• Build trusted relationships with agency executives and senior decision-makers.
• Partner with product owners, architects, and engineers to turn strategic goals into actionable plans.
• Establish clear communication and governance practices for government environments.
• Facilitate workshops and executive briefings to capture feedback for product evolution.
• Surface obstacles early and coordinate mitigation plans.
• Drive continuous improvement through metrics and retrospectives.
• Champion interoperability and user-centric principles in delivery decisions.

Requirements

• 3–7+ years managing software programs or enterprise implementations.
• Comfort with APIs, system diagrams, and data flows.
• Understanding of public-sector procurement and compliance.
• Proven record of keeping complex initiatives on track.
• Skilled at linking technical deliverables to policy objectives.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
