Technical Program Manager - Remote

Overview

The Technical Program Manager at Bluesight will drive the planning and execution of complex technical initiatives, ensuring alignment across engineering teams, product, and other stakeholders to deliver critical infrastructure and security for healthcare solutions.

• Define and manage program plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate cross-functional engineering initiatives, managing interdependencies.

Requirements

• 8+ years of technical program management experience in cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, IaC, CI/CD, and security/compliance.
• Understanding of data engineering concepts and successful delivery.
• Experience in agile methodologies and program management tools.
• Excellent communication skills to align cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
