Requirements

• 7+ years in a product role, with significant experience in growth.
• Strong understanding of Tailscale’s product and customer base.
• Hands-on experience running A/B tests and product experiments.
• Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Looker, Snowflake).
• Excellent communication skills for aligning stakeholders.
• Strong product taste and empathy for user experience.
• Prior experience with developer tools or security-focused SaaS.
• Familiarity with lifecycle marketing and funnel optimization.
