In Short

• Design high-quality web experiences including landing and campaign pages.
• Translate brand into scalable web systems and improve templates.
• Manage projects and timelines effectively, ensuring timely delivery.
• Support experimentation and iteration on designs based on data.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with developers and marketing teams.
• 3-6+ years of experience in brand, marketing, or web design.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Excellent communication skills, especially in remote settings.
• Ability to apply accessibility and inclusive design principles.
• Experience with motion graphics or simple animations is a plus.

Requirements

• Strong grasp of design fundamentals: typography, layout, color, balance.
• Experience designing for modern responsive or adaptive layouts.
• Ability to apply UX principles and think about user behavior.
• Experience working within or alongside design systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organized file management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working on high-growth marketing or product websites is nice to have.
