Requirements

• 7+ years in a product role with experience in growth or onboarding.
• Strong understanding of Tailscale’s product and customer base.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing and product experiments.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools like SQL and Looker.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder alignment.
• Strong product taste and user empathy.
• Prior experience with developer tools or security-focused SaaS.
• Knowledge of lifecycle marketing and funnel optimization.
