We are looking for a seasoned IT Applications Manager to join our team. Your mission will be to bring our IS landscape to new heights!

• Establish foundations for internal Applications activity, collaborating with HR and Finance.
• Streamline end-to-end processes including hire-to-retire and Procure-to-Pay.
• Revamp foundations and deploy POC to find new ways of implementing core processes.
• Drive the framing, strategy, and execution of the newly designed IS landscape.
• Setup futureproof integrated capabilities to maximize internal efficiency.
• Focus on scaling and optimizing the IS landscape through key application integrations.
• Improve user experience and achieve seamless data flow.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in IT Applications.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale application projects.
• Strong understanding of business processes and application enhancement.
• Proficiency in ERPs (SAP, Netsuite, Workday) and knowledge of API and JSON.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
