Abby Care is on a mission to support family caregivers by building a tech-powered care platform. We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Applications Associate to customize and maintain our business tools, ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness.

In Short

• Full-Time Remote position based in the United States.
• Manage and optimize business tools like CRM and communication platforms.
• Work closely with Operations, Engineering, Data Analytics, and IT teams.
• Convert complex workflows into scalable systems and processes.
• Document business requirements for operational processes.
• Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process gaps.
• Implement emerging tools and integration approaches.
• Experience in healthcare and start-ups preferred.
• 3+ years of CRM management experience required.

Requirements

• 3+ years managing a CRM tool (Salesforce Admin Certificate preferred).
• 2+ years managing business operations tools (e.g., Gsuite).
• 2+ years documenting business requirements.
• Experience with SOC best practices preferred.
• Healthcare background preferred.
• Start-up experience preferred.
