• 3-5 years of experience in Management Consulting or Business Operations.
• Willingness to travel for team events.

Requirements

• 3 - 5 years of experience in Management Consulting, preferably from MBB.
• Previous Business Operations experience.
• Highly organized and adaptable problem-solver.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable results.
• Action-oriented with a bias toward execution.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Effective communication skills.
• Must be energetic and self-motivated.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
