• Own and manage daily operations across HR, finance, and administrative functions.
• Design, implement, and improve scalable processes to support organizational growth.
• Take ownership of high-impact initiatives from day one.
• Selecting and onboarding new vendors.
• Project managing the implementation of new CRM features with external consultants.

Requirements

• 3 - 5 years of experience in a Management Consulting firm.
• Previous Business Operations experience.
• Highly organized, adaptable, and a natural problem-solver.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong attention to detail.
• Proven track record of taking initiative and delivering measurable results.
• Action-oriented with a bias toward execution.
• Willingness to travel a few times yearly for team offsites and events.
