Multi-Line Field Adjuster - Remote

Overview

The Multi-Line Field Adjuster is responsible for handling property and liability field assignments, conducting inspections, and documenting damages across multiple states.

In Short

• Conduct on-site inspections and field investigations for assigned claims
• Inspect property, structures, vehicles, and accident scenes
• Document damages and relevant findings
• Evaluate loss facts and support investigations
• Obtain statements from involved parties
• Prepare accurate reports for clients and stakeholders
• Coordinate with various claim participants
• Maintain complete documentation
• Manage field assignments within service expectations
• Travel throughout NJ, NY, and PA as required

Requirements

• 3+ years of field adjusting or related claims experience
• Active adjuster license(s) in required jurisdictions
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
• Experience with claims platforms and estimating tools
• Ability to work independently
• Strong investigative mindset with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in both property and liability claims handling
• Bilingual capabilities are a plus
