Overview

The HR Administrator role involves working alongside HR and compliance teams to deliver high-quality screening and onboarding solutions for clients and candidates.

In Short

  • Understand and adhere to compliance requirements related to temporary workers.
  • Liaise with candidates and client managers for effective onboarding.
  • Ensure candidates meet compliance before their start date.
  • Manage contracts and resolve candidate concerns.
  • Maintain accurate compliance documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to the compliance team.
  • Achieve quality assurance scores above 96%.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office for documentation and correspondence.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Support the vetting and onboarding processes.

Requirements

  • Self-motivated with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail.
  • Resilience and ability to handle queries effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
