Overview

The role of Casualty Auditor involves the development, planning, execution, and reporting of technical and data quality audits across the business unit, requiring attention to detail and an interest in improving Casualty quality.

• Assist and support the Casualty Audit Manager.
• Lead internal Casualty audits in line with the internal audit programme.
• Provide feedback to file handlers and stakeholders post-audit.
• Communicate recommendations for remedial action effectively.
• Ensure corrective action plans are timely implemented.
• Identify opportunities for enhancing procedures and processes.
• Consider training requirements and skill gaps analysis.

Requirements

• Experience with liability claims and processes.
• Computer literacy and attention to detail.
• Experience in implementing corrective/improvement plans.
• Effective communication skills with stakeholders.
• Ability to present data and suggest changes.
• Proficiency in Excel and analytical tools is desirable.
