Overview

The Financial Services Tutor at Davies is responsible for inspiring learners to achieve their goals through high-quality workshop delivery and training, while also supporting business development opportunities.

In Short

• Deliver high-quality workshops for apprenticeships and commercial programs.
• Ensure learners pass their exams on time.
• Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge.
• Collaborate with the Product team for evolving workshop content.
• Support learners in achieving their technical qualifications.
• Utilize business development techniques to enhance client capabilities.
• Deliver training both face-to-face and virtually.
• Conduct training sessions for delegates outside of the UK.
• Participate in continuous pedagogical development.
• Provide bespoke training aligned with commercial propositions.

Requirements

• CII Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (DipPFS).
• Understanding of vocational qualifications like Apprenticeships.
• Experience in learning material creation and workshop design.
• Experience in a regulatory environment (Ofsted/ESFA, CII).
• Ability to work with IT systems and create webinars.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic.
• Flexibility for supporting delivery outside of normal hours.
• Ability to deliver to international delegates.
• Experience in upskilling peers.
