Overview

The HR Administrator plays an important role in the organization by performing a number of administrative activities related to the company’s Human Resource functions.

In Short

  • Prepare and modify documents using various software.
  • Work closely with the Sr. HR Project Manager.
  • Assist with HR initiatives including meeting agendas.
  • Perform benefits-related tasks.
  • Handle basic employee requests and questions.
  • Maintain confidentiality of corporate and personnel matters.
  • Support HR sub-functions during audits and projects.
  • Process employee changes and documentation.
  • Perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in Human Resources preferred.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint required.
  • Experience with UltiPro HRIS and Concur systems a plus.
  • Passionate about customer service.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Must handle confidential matters discreetly.
  • Strong attention to detail.
