Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at SimplyInsured, you will help customers navigate health insurance options and provide support to ensure a positive experience.

In Short

  • Assist customers with online insurance shopping and obtaining quotes.
  • Resolve administrative and billing questions for existing customers.
  • Communicate via phone, chat, and email to support customers.
  • Document customer interactions using support ticketing software.
  • Work in a high-volume contact center environment.
  • Propose process improvements based on customer feedback.
  • Be a trusted representative of the SimplyInsured brand.
  • Available to work PM shifts from 10am - 6pm MST.
  • Contribute to a mission of reducing fear in health insurance.
  • Join a high-performing team dedicated to customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales.
  • Strong multitasking skills and productivity.
  • Passion for helping people with their health.
  • Familiarity with support ticketing and CRM tools.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Desire to help businesses maximize their healthcare.
