Overview

As a Client Operations Coordinator at SimplyInsured, you will work with the Client Onboarding team to ensure customers are properly submitted and enrolled with their requested Insurance Carrier, helping to reduce the fear associated with health insurance.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, operations, or customer service
  • Passion for helping people with health-related issues
  • Ability to manage a high volume of tasks
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Familiarity with support ticketing and CRM tools
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
