Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at Experian, you will interact with users to provide and process information in response to inquiries about Experian’s online employment and income verification services.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with relevant computer applications.
  • Ability to communicate through email.
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures.
  • Strong numeric, oral, and written language skills.
