Senior Manager, Program Management - Remote

Overview

This role at OraSure Technologies is a unique and dynamic position that combines the responsibilities of both a Program Manager and a Project Manager. You will oversee multiple project teams, ensuring that program goals are reached, and organizational objectives are met.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in the medical devices or in vitro diagnostics industry.
• Demonstrable track record in product development.
• Experience with regulatory submissions.
• Bachelor's degree in Quality, Science, or Engineering.
• Experience with design control processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in project management tools.
• Excellent communication skills.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Ability to travel (less than 15% of time).
